Soludo Praises Tinubu Over Two Federal Road Projects In Anambra
Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo has praised President Bola Tinubu for approving two major federal road projects linked to the state and the wider South-East.
The projects include the 108km Otuocha-Anam-Abaji Road and the 150km Onitsha-Owerri-Aba Road, which Channels TV reported had been approved for reconstruction and rehabilitation.
Soludo said the approvals would help address long-running road problems in the region and improve movement for residents and businesses. He also said better road links would support trade and regional integration.
Vanguard reported that Soludo commended Tinubu for the two road contracts in Anambra, while Channels TV reported that the governor described the approvals as a major intervention in South-East infrastructure.
The governor said the state would continue to work with the Federal Government on projects that affect mobility, commerce and the welfare of residents.
