Prince Adeyemi Matthew Adeniyi, the self-styled head of the alleged Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, has explained how the agency was captured in the 2026 budget.

Vanguard and Punch reported that Adeniyi gave the explanation after questions intensified over the alleged fake agency and its budget entry. Punch described the agency as “fake” in its report, while Vanguard identified it as the alleged PFIPC.
