Court Rejects Sowore’s Uncertified Exhibits In Cybercrime Trial

A Federal High Court in Abuja has rejected Omoyele Sowore’s attempt to tender uncertified documents in the cybercrime trial involving alleged defamatory social-media posts about President Bola Tinubu.

The court held that the documents could not be admitted in the form presented. The ruling came as the trial continued before Justice Mohammed Umar.

The matter is part of the wider legal proceedings over Sowore’s posts about Tinubu. The reports said the case was adjourned to July 28 for continuation.
