Fayose Inaugurated As REA Governing Board Chairman
Former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose has been inaugurated as chairman of the governing board of the Rural Electrification Agency.
The inauguration took place in Abuja on Friday after President Bola Tinubu appointed Fayose to lead the agency’s board.
Minister of Power Joseph Tegbe inaugurated the board and urged its members to focus on policies that improve access to electricity for ordinary Nigerians.
The reports said other members of the governing board were also inaugurated at the event. Daily Post reported that the government asked the board to adopt people-centred leadership as it begins work.
