Police Arrest 21-Year-Old With Suspected Human Hand In Lagos
Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a 21-year-old man, Samson Onilewaji, after he was allegedly found with a suspected human hand during a stop-and-search operation along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
The command’s spokesperson, Abimbola Adebisi, said in a statement on Friday that the suspect was also caught with two locally made pistols and other suspected stolen items.
Adebisi said the suspect was travelling in an unregistered commercial shuttle bus with five other occupants when operatives intercepted the vehicle during a routine security operation.
Premium Times reported the same incident, confirming the arrest of the suspect and recovery of the suspected human body part and firearms.
Punch reported that the police statement said the suspect would be charged to court after the conclusion of investigations.
