Police in Edo State say four kidnap victims have been rescued after a coordinated operation by officers and other security stakeholders.

The command said the victims were abducted on July 30 at about 10:40pm by men dressed in vigilante uniforms.

Police spokesperson Eno Ikoedem announced the rescue on Friday. The command said efforts were continuing to track the suspects involved in the abduction.
