65 Nigerians To Return From South Africa On Wednesday

The Federal Government says another 65 Nigerians are expected to return from South Africa on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the returnees, sponsored by private individuals, are scheduled to leave Oliver Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg at 3.30pm local time aboard South African Airways and arrive at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, at 8.45pm the same day.
The latest movement comes after earlier return flights linked to concerns over anti-foreigner attacks and discrimination in South Africa. NaijaTrend’s report on the previous evacuation batch is here.
Punch reported the ministry’s statement on Tuesday, while Vanguard also reported the same 65-person return plan and Wednesday schedule.
