Former Aso Villa Chaplain William Okoye Dies

Former Aso Villa Chapel chaplain Rev. William Uzochukwu Okoye has died, drawing tributes from the Christian Association of Nigeria.
Okoye was the founder and General Overseer of All Christians Fellowship Mission. A statement from the mission said he died peacefully on Wednesday, 15 July.
CAN described him as a faithful shepherd and said his death was a loss to the church in Nigeria. Vanguard reported that Okoye served at different times as chairman of CAN in the Federal Capital Territory and as chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria in the FCT.
Premium Times reported that the announcement was signed by Godwin Tsee on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the National Executive Council of All Christians Fellowship Mission.
Okoye was known nationally through his role at the Aso Villa Chapel and his later work in Pentecostal church leadership in Abuja.
