Third South Africa Evacuation Flight To Bring 271 Nigerians Home Friday
The Federal Government says a third evacuation flight for Nigerians voluntarily returning from South Africa will arrive in Lagos on Friday with 271 returnees on board.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Air Peace-operated flight would leave Johannesburg at midnight on Thursday and arrive at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, at about 5:30 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2026.
The ministry’s spokesperson, Kimiebi Imomotimi Ebienfa, confirmed the schedule in a statement reported by Vanguard and Daily Post.
The operation is part of ongoing efforts to assist Nigerians who opted to return home from South Africa following safety concerns.
