Pheelz And Tiwa Savage Release New Single, I’M OK
Pheelz has released a new single titled “I’M OK” with Tiwa Savage and Rii Collective, adding a calmer and more reflective entry to his 2026 run.
The track arrived on May 22, 2026, and is connected to Pheelz’s forthcoming collaborative project with Rii, titled A Rii Set.
A Softer Direction From Pheelz
Pheelz built much of his mainstream identity around records that move quickly between Afrobeats, pop and club-friendly melodies. “I’M OK” takes a different route. It is slower, warmer and more focused on emotional reassurance than dance-floor energy.
Audiomack lists the song under Afrosounds, with Pheelz credited as producer and Rii Collective credited as the rights holder. The production leans on a relaxed groove, giving the vocals enough room to carry the mood of the record.
The title sounds simple, but the song works around a feeling many listeners will recognise: the habit of saying “I’m OK” even when life is heavy. That makes the record sit closer to a personal check-in than a standard party single.
It also fits the current direction of Nigerian pop, where more artists are balancing hit-making with records about pressure, burnout, faith, loneliness and personal recovery. The subject is not new, but Pheelz handles it with a light touch.
Tiwa Savage Adds Familiar Texture
Tiwa Savage’s presence gives the single more weight. Her voice brings an Afropop and R&B softness that fits the subject matter, and it gives the record a wider audience beyond Pheelz’s usual producer-artist fanbase.
The collaboration also works because both artists understand melody. Pheelz brings the production and the reflective tone, while Tiwa adds a polished vocal layer that keeps the song from feeling too bare.
For fans who know Pheelz mainly through upbeat hits, “I’M OK” may feel like a pause. It is still accessible, but it is not trying to chase the loudest moment in the room.
Part Of A Bigger Project
The single is expected to feed into A Rii Set, a forthcoming project linked to Rii Collective. That gives the release more context than a one-off collaboration.
Pheelz has spent the past few years moving between production, songwriting and front-facing artistry. A track like this helps stretch that identity further, showing him in a more controlled and reflective space.
The release also gives Tiwa Savage another collaboration in a year where Nigerian artists are leaning heavily on cross-audience pairings to keep songs moving across streaming platforms and social media.
“I’M OK” is now available on major streaming platforms, including Audiomack and other digital music services.
