NDLEA Declares Suspected Drug Kingpin, Three Associates Wanted
The NDLEA has declared suspected drug kingpin Nnamuka Kelvin Uchenna, also known as Odogwu, and three associates wanted over an alleged methamphetamine syndicate.
The agency also said it froze bank accounts linked to the suspects with a combined balance of N9,840,873,566.66.
Daily Trust reported that the wanted persons are being sought after NDLEA operatives uncovered a methamphetamine network. Punch also reported the same wanted notice and the account-freezing figure.
The NDLEA said it had secured interim forfeiture orders covering assets linked to members of the syndicate, including a filling station, multi-storey residential buildings and four sport utility vehicles.
The agency described the action as part of an investigation into a drug-trafficking network. The suspects are still wanted, so the allegations remain subject to investigation and court process.
