Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour Loses Mother
Lagos ADC governorship candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has announced the death of his mother, Nkechi Stella Rhodes-Vivour.
Rhodes-Vivour shared the news on Monday through a message on his official X account. The family said funeral arrangements would be announced later.
The statement, issued on behalf of the family by Olawale Rhodes-Vivour, described Nkechi Stella Rhodes-Vivour, née Waboso, as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Rhodes-Vivour contested the 2023 Lagos governorship election under the Labour Party. He later joined the African Democratic Congress and secured the party’s Lagos governorship ticket for the 2027 election in May.
